How do people going into Medicine, or who are already in Medicine, feel about the pharmacy profession? Doctors of Pharmacy? Are they still viewed as 'drug counters' in your eyes?

In general docs and nurses like having pharmacist around a great deal. I know a nephrologist who refuses to round without a clinical pharmacist.
Pharmacist really are the medication experts and every doc I've ever shadowed has often called over to the pharamcy for information. Nurses do the same.
