Pharmacy residency vs. Pharmacy practice residency

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between just a plain ol' pharmacy residency vs. a pharmacy practice residency? I seem to have missed the memo. The ACCP residency directory lists these as different specialties.

Pharmacy Practice Residency was the old nomenclature for what is now called "Post Graduate Year One Pharmacy" (i.e. PGY-1 Pharmacy) residency. A lot of us old timers still hold onto the old nomenclature. Can't teach a new dog old tricks or something like that.
