I plan to work as a pharmacy tech to improve my med school application. Is it a good idea?

Do you need to do that job financially or is it just for your app? Scribing May be a better bet if only for an app.

If it’s for financial reasons just get the best job you can

Agree with above. Scribing is a really good gig as it gets your volunteering and clinical hours.

If you're trying to improve your med school app this will not help as you're not getting patient contact.
