Pharmcas transcript question

I'm ordering my transcripts right now from the universities i attended. Now I know pharmcas wants us to have it sent directly from the schools with the special form in it. But how do we go upon this? when i order my transcripts from my school it says it can be sent to recipient or i can pick it up at the office. Should i just select the office option? and the day i pick it up should i just take my form with me and tell them to send it to pharmcas? I'm really confused about this. Any help would be appreciated.

You should probably fill out the form that PharmCAS wants included with your transcript, print it, sign it, and bring it to your Registrar's Office (or wherever your school handles transcripts). My Registrar's Office had a hard copy of their Transcript Request Form that I filled out there (quick and easy) and then they sent my transcript along with the form I brought them to PharmCAS for me. Or you could call them first, I'm sure their familiar with the PharmCAS policies 🙂

There is a form that you download from PharmCAS. You fill it out and give it to your registrar and ask them to mail you transcript to PharmCAS.
