I don't think it's a real job that is being offered. At first I thought it was posted incorrectly, but it clearly says $12-16/hour and mentions two years of experience required for a PharmD/pharmacist position. The recruiter is probably testing the floor of the market, seeing how many resumes they get at that rate.

More likely the HR person made a whoopsie and pulled the tech pay scale instead of RPh. Doubt they would pay for a fake ad.

Certainly not as low as $12/hour, but I can see $40's/hour by 2018.
Hell, I'm seeing $40's now in California, with a sign on bonus for East Coast relocates. SCARY!
