First I'm sorry because of my very basic question's.

What is the optimal photon energy for treating deep tumors for example prostate cases?
I'm a supporter of beam energy's =< 10MV because of sharper field edge's (smaller penumbra) and little neutron contamination.
But what is your thought's?🙂

I would just use protons for everything!
