Anyone heard of transferring to phs to finish your 20 years? Can I shift to the FDA to work on approving dental products and such?

I do have a few colleagues who are transferring from navy to Phs, or at least trying to do. It’s a mess of paperwork. It can definitely be done

Each month the PHS post their billet availability on their website. FDA does open up but not very often and is usually reserved for O-4 and above.
