any suggestions about good textbook for Pediatric history and physical exam more specific to pediatric age group?

The classic 'visual' textbook is Zitelli's book-- 'Atlas of Pediatric Physical Diagnosis'-- if you are going into pediatrics, its a must have and very helpful for the peds boards. It is expensive though, so if you are a student, check it out at the library or online if possible. Some residency programs give their residents a copy as a gift.

An excellent book, expensive but a must-have if you plan to go into peds later. I have failed to even buy one yet, everytime the local bookshop orders some they are sold-out almost immediately!
