What does the trajectory for a physician looking to build a career in the c-suite typically look like? I recently graduated with an MD/MPH, weighing my options regarding an MBA but don't feel like it is worth it.

Cut docs and nurses jobs in order to preserve the bottom line, all while touting “patient centered care”.

Scoff any time more resources to deliver above mentioned “patient centered care”, are asked for.

Lol. On another note..

Start volunteering on committees, make friends. Move up in your organization, start getting paid for part time admin.

Move up more in your org or apply for CMO or other jobs with some experience doing part time admin.
