Physician letter within committee letter

My school will send all of my LORs as is on top of their own evaluation. If my physician letter is in here, will it count for schools that require both committee letter and additional MD/DO letter?

I emailed 2 schools about this (AZCOM & ATSU-SOMA) and both replied that it was fine. If on the secondary they ask for the recommender information make sure to specify the physician name and contact info.
