The Physician Satisfaction Score:

Only physicians fill out the surveys. The results determine hospital and CMG CEO salary next quarter:

5/5 stars, full salary
4/5 stars, -20%
3/5 stars, -40%
2/5 stars, -60%
1/5 stars, CEO is required to attend Physician Satisfaction training, position left unfilled for 3 months. If training is passed, may reapply for job. If not, too bad: "Better get those scores up!"

I think such a metric is needed, for the proper balance. Suggestions for modifications, welcome.

At the very least, someone can start some kind of anonymous database where EPs can rate their medical directors and hospital admin without fear of reprisals…
