physician shortage

Does anyone know where I can find resources that will give me an idea where there are family physician shortages? I want to build my own clinic and not go bankrupt because there are too many docs in the area.

Is it safe to say that in all of these shortage areas an FP could egotiate loan repayment? Is this full loan repayment? What length of commitment is typical for a 200,000 plus loan- 5-10 years? thanks

I've heard four or five years is typical.
