Internist: Not rich, and tired.

Pediatrician: Poor and tired.

Family Physician: Really poor and tired.

To keep it simple:

Ortho: Jock

Surgeon: Jerk

Medicine: Nerd

Derm, Anesthesia, Rads, Ophtho: Lazy

OB/GYN: B!tch

Peds: Sensitive

Family Practice: *****

Psych: Crazy

They, like all stereotypes, are all 100% true

surgeon: does everything, knows nothing

internist: knows everything, does nothing

pathologist: knows everything and does everything but by the time they get to the patient, it's too late anyway.
