starting to study well in advance, going over notes for just the sections i need to review and doing many practice problems.

also i took calc based physics
have you taken orgo yet? if so, what other classes did you take it with?

Just an update. I went ahead and signed up for both physics and chemistry and I have A's in both classes at the time. The only thing I hate are the labs. Chemistry lab is just boring and the pre lab questions are aggravating. Physics lab isnt that bad but I basically have to do the lab myself because my partners dont comprehend physics well. This makes me mad because one of my partners is 24, the other one is 22,and Im one of the only freshmen in the class at 18 so I expected to be learning from them but it's the other way around. As a result of this, our experiments take longer than other groups. One good outcome from my situation is that I learn the material a lot better by explaining everything to my partners.

I took calc + physics + chem + bio + comp science my 1st semester and walked out without a single problem. Depends how well prepared you're coming in.
