Do I need to take a physics lab if I already took physics with no lab?

That depends on the prerequisite requirements for the schools at which you plan to apply.

Yep, agree with bomba. Some schools require a full year of phys and labs, some require one semester of both, some require one semester w/o lab, and some require nothing. Check the school requirements.
