Alright well at my CC there are two courses, College physics which is 4 credits and uses algebra and then there is General physics which uses Calculus and is 5 credits. Do both satisfy med school prereqs because I'd rather take the one which has algebra.

Yes, both satisfy med school and the algebra/trig based class will better prepare you for the MCAT.
