so the bulb is in terms of watts and the walking lady is in terms of joules, so how is this explanation correct?

so I thought of it in terms of work (they write it as change in energy... its the same thing)

Power (watts) = Work/time so Work = Power*time and Work = mgh (of the woman going up the stairs)

if you do all the conversions correctly for days to seconds and cm to m you will get C.
