Physics without much math experience

Algebra-based physics does not use much more than basic algebra and geometry. I would recommend having taken more than high school freshman algebra though - the actual techniques aren't that complicated, but you need to be able to figure out what to do without being told. And you'll probably need at least college algebra for many/most med schools.

There's quite a bit of basic trig in P1, in projectile motion and composition of forces. Review your basic sin/cos/tan and their inverses, and it'll really help. Get intimate with your algebra (maybe a little past HS Algebra 2) so you can focus on the actual concepts on exams and not waste time erasing cuz you keep making silly math errors.
