PI told me I have my name on two abstracts, but I already submitted my primaries

Hey all, my PI recently informed me that I had my name on two abstracts from two conference meetings, but I have already submitted my primaries. These conferences also resulted in poster presentations which I did include in my applications, but not the abstracts. I plan on applying to MSTP programs, and only a few secondaries asked to list publications/posters. Do you think that it is that big of a deal or could I just mention it on my secondaries? Also, if I should update my application, how do I do it? And when should I do it (e.g. after invited to an interview or right now)? Thanks for your help in advance.
