Whats the difference? im honeslty only interested in using it for micro and maybe pharm. Pro's and con's of both if possible, thanks guys!

If you're only interested in micro and pharm, then I would suggest going for a topic specific resource. both picmonic and firecracker cover more than micro and pharm so you're paying for those as well, and you're not going to use them according to you. For micro, a lot of classmates say FA and Uworld are enough. If you still feel like you need help, microcards and CMMRS have been suggested. Good luck with your studies.

fa and uworld are enough but i think picmonic so far has helped to just retain the info

If it helps you, then go for it. You should do whatever helps you the most.

Picmonic has helped me with pharm, especially with all the antibiotics and anti-arrythmics. Firecracker I use mainly for any subject I'm weak in (i.e. vitamin deficiencies, bizarre genetic disorders barely covered in FA, etc.)
