Hi all! Just finished orientation week and will be jumping into classes next week. I was wondering if anyone has used Picmonic for Anatomy and what you thought of it? I've searched for threads and have seen people love it for micro, etc. but have not seen if anyone has used it for Anatomy.

Thanks all!

Picmonic is one of those resources that is cool/fun/"sweet"/"good", as in "yeah, it's a good book".

And yet is absolutely unessential. I preferred Grays' atlas and powerpoint slides.

The Essential Anatomy app has been a real asset to me thus far. I have BRS Anatomy also and it seems to do a good job getting the material in a quick to read format.

Picmonic is good for many things. getting the basic list of muscles in a certain body region (or the Brachial Plexus), but you will need time in the lab for sure.
