Pikeville secondary applications - confused - where is it??

Pikeville just sent to me an email stating that attached to the email is the supplemental application, and 3 evaluation forms for respectively, my premed advisor, science faculty, and physician.

Makes sense so far, so I download the Supplemental Application expecting to see a few pages of information. Much to my surprise, it is just half a page, and it's not a supplemental application at all. It's word for word, the email that was sent to me in the body of the email, except it is in .doc format.

Did someone in the admissions office accidentally send out the wrong document? What's the deal with Pikeville's secondary application? I am confused.

same exact thing happened to me...i had attached a word document with the supplemental letter (aka the exact same thing mentioned in the email)...im emailing them now, ill let you know if i here back

I was in the same boat. Somebody just posted the missing pdf file under School specific discussion. Bless her/his heart!
