Pitt Interview Day

Hey, I don't remember reading anything about anyone's Pitt interview so I was wondering what the schedule was like. Can anyone who's had an interview there give me some idea of what to expect? What I do know is that it's closed file, and a faculty member interviews you having only seen your PS, and a student interviewer talks to you knowing absolutely nothing about you.

I wanted to schedule a meeting with one of my mentors at CMU while I'm in Pittsburgh so I'm hoping to get an idea of what time the day would be ending and such. And any other helpful advice too of course 🙂.

One thing: be prepared to walk A LOT. Up and down hills. The tour of the campus is two hours long, and entails a lot of walking from building to building. Wear shoes accordingly.
