I have a pitt interview coming up. What's the best way to get there from NYC? I checked airlines and the flights are very expensive (over $700!!!!). Thanks for your help!!!

I would drive if I were you. When I interviewed there I met a couple people from NYC who all drove. Also, be sure to stay with a student host. They are very informative and it will also save you $$$.

i took greyhound from ithaca.. and that was 10hours...

amtrak from nyc im sure is faster.. and cheaper...

if u can't afford a plane ticket... no need to complain about taking amtrak.. u don't have too many options here tova.

accept and more forth.

I'd just like to know if anyone knows of cheap flights because taking the bus or train would mean I'd have to miss many classes.

Try ata.com. They fly out of Laguardia. Prices are very good. I got a flight from san francisco to pittsburgh for $250
