Ooooh my first new topic.
Anyway, has anyone heard anything about Pitt second look weekend? Where What Why When Who?
I would love to get to meet some of youse guys!

i called and they said they were mailing out the invites now. it's going to be in the first week in may. it's weird, everytime i call, i get the same woman, and she always recognizes me from when i called before i got in and after and she always makes fun of me for always calling. she even sent me a personalized email for a question she thought i might ask later on (and made fun of me in the email!). far and away the nicest administration i've ever contacted.

I am planing to go to the second look weekend too, but looking at my finance right now, I am not sure if I can afford it! 🙁 This is really sad! I want to pay off my CC balance before school starts and as it looks right now, I will barely make it. But I am pretty sure I will wash cars somehow and see you guys there! LOL 😀

Hi All,

I have just received my acceptance to Pitt. I am kinda worried about the May 15th deadline since I need financial aid details to decide between Pitt and Mt. Sinai. I do know that Pitt was not listed as a need access school so they must have their own procedures.

Hopefully, we will recieve our second look info soon. And feel free to PM me or post on your thoughts about Pitt and Sinai.

Hey all. I got an email from Linda today saying that everyone should have received invites for second look weekend via email yesterday. I did not get such an email. Should I worry? Are the May 4-6 dates definite? Thanks all.

I didn't receive that e-mail from Linda, nor an e-mail about the 2nd look weekend. However, I did receive an invitation in the mail today, and yes, it is May 3-5. I wouldn't worry, I'm sure yours is lurking in the USPS void, soon to make its appearance. If you have any specific ?'s about the weekend, PM me, and I'll be happy to share what's in the letter.

On another note, does anybody have details about pursuing a cnocurrent MPH, while at Pitt?
