Was i supposed to include all of my planned coursework until graduation in my application? If so how do i fix this? I have already submitted my application.....

I listed all my past course work and the classes i am currently taking (in progress)

Call AADSAS on Monday and ask if they can open it back up for you to edit. If not it isn't a big deal. You just want to include pre-requisite classes.

I also didn't include my all my classes until graduation (may 2016). I only included my planned next semester's schedule because we don't even have the spring 2016 schedule out, and I don't know what I'm taking yet for spring. Anyway, couldn't we also add/change classes mid November too for updates?

The prerequisite thing rendal mentioned makes sense. I just was not sure why they had a planned courses option. I will call and ask Monday. If anything I post what they said here.
