Planned Coursework, messed up scheduling, please any advice would be helpful!

Hi, I'm sure this has been covered but I listed under my planned coursework that I would be taking human physiology and biochemistry in the fall 2013 semester at Miami university. But due to scheduling conflicts I will not be able to take those classes until the spring 2014 semester at a different university. Is this going to affect my chances for interviews/acceptances? What should my next step be? Wait till the academic update?

I had some schedule changes too, but as long as they're not pre-req courses, it shouldn't hurt to wait till the academic update. If they're pre-req's, I'd send a quick update email to the schools that want to know if any changes uccured.
