I know plant cells don't have centrioles, but when they undergo mitosis and meiosis, how are the chromatids separated without spindle fibers? For some reason I have it in my head that they do have spindle fibers, but it's so faint that it's just considered not there??? Any clarity would help. Thanks.😕

Yes, they DO have spindle fibers. They just don't have centrioles. I know this is kinda weird. Just imagine that sth else insead of the spindle fibers is keeping the spindles up.
