I would NOT do any complicated procedures unless necessary. Think about the possible side effects or complications involved? Wouldn't that be terrible if you end up needing follow up work done and pharmacy school is about to start???

I just got a root canal last week and there needs to be unexpected follow up work done tomorrow and I have an exam I should be studying for this Thursday!

It's just a nose job, not a bone marrow transplant. Sheesh.

I think by the time you pay off your nose job (with interest) you could have thrown in a pair of boobs too or at least a little lipo. Bad idea. But hey, post on the MD threads. There may be a fellow over there who needs some practice.

I say go for it if its something you really want done. I really wish I could get my boobs done since I am onyl a 32B, but I have too much financial burden for that :/

32B? Honey, I'm a 32A!!!! So tired of WonderBras! I'm thinking about getting mine done after having kids. I KNOW they'll be even more shruken up after breast feeding! eeek...

Maybe I'm not getting this, but why would it be illegal to use loan money? We will be paying for it eventually, right? Can the school keep track of what we use our loan money for? I hope not.

To the OP, get that nose job done if it will make you feel good about yourself, and yes, do throw in a boob job if you must. Pretty sure you save by bundling

Actually the opposite is true. Though I wouldn't expect miracles, they don't shrink after breastfeeding. Worst case you end up where you started.

No way! your boobs are likely to stay big after you have a baby. I am somewhat looking forward to my future natural motherhood breast augmentation. 🙂 But I kind of like having small boobs... they don't get in the way of anything... they certainly don't get in the way of attracting the opposite sex. I think the only reason I would ever get surgery is if they start to sag. eww.

ya know, for some reason on SDN, the opportunity to use the graphic below is rare. So I'm going to relish being able to use it....
