Playing saxophone with a dental bridge

Hi, I am wondering about any dentists/oral surgeons that have/know of someone with a dental bridge, and play a reed instrument. My bridge is an upper left central incisor to left canine type. I am just wondering if the pressure will cause harm to the bridge. Thanks for any information.
