I'm applying to southwestern and the prompt states :

Describe a time that you have witnessed someone acting unethically or dishonestly, or experienced behavior of harassment or discrimination. *Required
Consider the following in your response: What did you do? What made the situation difficult for you personally? Describe your reaction and what you might do differently now in retrospect.

I wanted to talk about my experience working for a general solo practice as an MA, I worked there for 4 months, all of which were mostly good, great learning experience, but the doctor was often verbally abusive, which was for the most part okay until I was repeatedly blamed and reprimanded for something that he specifically had told me to do. Is this okay to talk about? I don't want to come off narcissistic or whiney, but in a professional environment, his actions weren't how a supervisor should approach an employee, which is why I quit. Thoughts?

idk if this is the best thing to talk about... it could raise the question of "why is this doctor talking to this student in such a manner?"... there may not have been anything you did that warranted this behavior, but to the adcom, it could raise questions. Always try to avoid raising questions

You could use this but don't mention that the employer was a physician. Just use the term "employer". You were employed in an office setting as an assistant and your employer was verbally abusive and repeatedly blamed and repremanded you for doing things he had told you to do. That's all. Don't give enough information that would make it possible to identify the employer based on other information on your application. (i.e. in the experiences section) You don't want to find out later that the person you have bad-mouthed is an adcom member's in-law.

Do you really want to say that your reaction was to quit working for the employer?

Can you describe what would you do differently if repremanded by an employer, supervisor or instructor?

This could be ok as long as you don't publicly identify the employer and you can show that you had a mature response to the event or that you have matured as a result of the learning experience.
