Sorry if this question has been asked before. I tried searching for it.

I got waitlisted at PBA back in November after my interview. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. I've let them know that I was not planning on retaking the PCAT, so I'm assuming they might be waiting on my grades for microbiology and biochemistry.
I got a C in microbio and I'm pretty sure I'm about to get a C for biochem as well. 🙁 They were really hard and I worked my tail off for that crappy grade. While I want to contact the school and make sure they don't forget about me, I'm scared they will ask my grades and deny me right away.
What would YOU do if you were in my situation? Also, how should I contact them? By phone? Or by email (with a description of additional clubs/organizations I have joined since my interview)?
I would really appreciate some advice!

I don't think it would hurt for you to call the Office of Admissions and just ask politely if they're still taking people off the waiting list or if all seats have been filled. They might tell you where you stand.
