When are nerve fibers hypoexcitable?
1. during resting potential
2. at the firing level
3. during local depolarization
4. during negative after-potential
5. during positive after-potential

The answer is 5; I thought it was 4.
Please explain if you understand this - I must be missing something simple.
Thanks!
