Hi! I'm a predental student and was wondering...

1.did any of you guys take your DAT in december and still got into a dental school that has December 15 deadline?

2.Did you fax your score sheet printout to the schools right after you took the test?
3.Is it okay to take the DAT anytime before the Dec 15 deadline?

I'm going to be frank, but truthful. In my opinion you are very late in the game. I highly doubt you would gain accptance anywhere for this coming year if you have not started the application process. I'm not saying it is impossible, but the odds are against you.

Omahahahaha is right you are at a disadvantage, but it can be done. One of my buddy's in my class didn't take his till december and still got in. He was in the last round of interviews though with about 40 people for 3 spots. He had an outstanding GPA and DAT score though. Also if you are looking at out of state FORGET IT. In state it is possible do to the large number accepted, but out of state would be nearly iompossible I would think. That's just my thoughts. I could be wrong. Good luck.
