Please help! Applying fee waiver to application

Ok so I got an email this morning saying that I was approved for the fee waiver and I'm all ready to submit my application but the email said not to apply until the waiver has been applied to my account. I emailed them and asked how I can tell if the fee waiver has been applied and the response I got is as follows:

It will be applied by 12pm ET today in order to submit.

So I go to submit and it shows what my total cost is and it's the full total for the number of schools I'm applying to, there appears to be no discount.

Anyone have any experience with this? I don't want to have to wait all weekend to talk to them again before submitting, but I could really use that waiver too.
