Please Help Me Decide Which Are The Best Books/Guides To Study For

For all of you who just took boards, can you please elaborate on how you went about it. Any type of help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! More importantly, can you tell me what are the most recommended books and study guides that were successful in helping.

My primary resource was our KMK part 1 review book. I took out class notes for ocular anatomy, ocular physiology, BV and post seg disease (esp. glaucoma). That was about it. I looked at my Wills and Kanski occassionally to visualize things... but other than that I didn't use any other books.
