female 56 years refer from primary health care for treating tumor in oral , posterior region distal to 26
Medical history
- high blood pressure and hypertrophy of ventricle left heart
- lyphoadenoma,treat with radioterapy and chemotherapy about 17 years
ago , follow up about 5-6 ys,not found recurence
Extraoral examination
slightly pain when palpable on right submandibular,not found lymph node this area

slow progress and not pain

- nodule on gigiva between 11 and 12 size 0.5 x 0.5 cm ,smooth surface,color like oral mucosa,no parestesia

surgery hernia,prostage gland ,gluacoma,nno complication after surgery
take mixed vitamin and Fe mineral everyday,had been smoking,today withdraw

found large nodule on left ventral of tongue ,size 2.5 cm smooth surface
,mocosa normal ,no ulcer,clear and can see the blood vessel under mucosa,firm,no pain when palpate,on irritate from prosthodontic
