hi .....

I'm not sure what the answer to #1 is- the micelle forms b/c of hydrogen bonding from surrounding water molecules, and decreasing the number of ordered lipid+water arrangements. So maybe C is the best answer? There should be a hydrogen bonding answer, imo.

The answer to #3 should be the alpha subunit binds to form GTP from GDP. The G-protein is inactive with GDP bound, and active with GTP bound.

#4- HCO3- is the buffer. Calcium and phosphate are the remineralizing components.

#5-results in action potential. The motor neuron to muscle cell connection is huge and always results in an action potential when Ach is released. (I originally thought the answer was graded potential, but my neuroscientist husband says otherwise.)

#11- I'm assuming this is sodium fluoride, since that's most common in OTC rinses- 500ppm.

Hopefully these are the right answers- I'm curious to know if they are, so if anyone wants to debate them, I'm game.

Could anyone please provide answer with explantion for the following questions... would be really appreciated.
