please HELP me with FAP!!

Hi! I would appreciate any help on this matter!

I'm trying to submit my FAP documents, and have them printed out and ready but I'm not quite sure if I have all the docs I need to submit. Since I only have 1 chance to submit all of them, I want to make sure.

When the cover sheet says Individual 2013 fed income tax returns, W2s, W9s, and 1099s,
does that mean I have to submit all 3-4 documents? Sorry I suck at tax return stuff, but I only could get W2's and wasn't sure whether I have to get W2's, W9's and 1099S...
and same for my parent's tax forms! They have 1040.. do they have to get W2's, W9's, and 1099S?

Lastly, they have a small grocery store (business). Do I have to send in their business tax return too?

This whole tax thing confuses me... and what are additional documents I might want to submit?

No, not all of them. For instance, my family and I only had the W2 and 1099 and we just sent those. I got approved!

Submit the same documents you have been giving to FAFSA (if you have been doing that). I only sent in one document and I was fine. Send in what you have. Simple as that.

Seriously, though, who qualifies for FAP? I've got EFC of 0.
