i dont know, how exactly have you been doing it? if you are a slow reader, the best way is probably just reading the questions and searching for the answers. but the way i did it was that I read the entire passage and then answered the questions. reading through once gave me an idea of what the passage was about so that i can answer the questions better.

Practice..

I started out just hunting for answers, but it wastes quite a bit of time in the long run. Someone else on this forum stated that they read the first question and then began reading the passage. If they found the answer to the first question, they would answer it and read the next question. They questions are not in order of the passage, but when you get to the end of the passage you should be able to answer all of the questions left.

Another strategy is to "read" through the whole passage while writing down a few key words per paragraph. This will allow you to quickly find where you need to look for each answer.

If you're just a slow reader, then read more often. The RC section is nice because all of the answers are right there for you, but you have to be able to remember what you read. I don't know what your exact issue is, otherwise I would have more tailored advice.
