Please help! Scheduling permit disappeared and exam tomorrow

My Step 3 exam is tomorrow morning. It was postponed due to weather a month ago. I went to reprint my scheduling permit (can't find the original) and there's no link to print it anymore! My eligibility period is still good and it shows my exam scheduled for tomorrow. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What should I do? I can't stand putting this exam off another month.
