T20s are probably out without a significant hook but the good news is that there are plenty of other med schools
How about T30s? It is so disappointing to hear that I have been extremely satisfied with my journey until now-- I cannot believe that my dreams have been squashed because of this one test score

Ok, I know you’re disappointed and you’re allowed to feel this way to a certain extent—but no, your dreams are not over. Unless you were under the mistaken impression that med school was going to be the best 4 year stretch of your life, going to a highly ranked med school is really a proxy for maximizing your chances at a competitive specialty. You remain very qualified for most state schools and mid tier MDs (refuse to use specific numbers, because there is no appreciable difference between no27, and say no43–they are all “good”), with an outside shot to punch above your MCAT’s weight given how strong the rest of your app is. But regardless of where you matriculate, all career paths will remain open to you.

Whether you attend a top 30 or non top 30 school is completely irrelevant. What matters is obtaining a MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and eventually obtaining a license to practice medicine in the state you wish to practice in. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
Virginia Tech
U Virginia
West Virginia
Wake Forest
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Einstein
Vermont
Quinnipiac
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State

There’s really no such thing as a T30. There are 30 schools in the T20. After that, it loses its benefits.
