Here's what it looks like on the transcript:

Advanced Placement English Literature&Composition
Transferred to Term Fall 2010 as
ENGLISH 125 Mstrpcs of W Lit 3.0

Advanced Placement World History
Transferred to Term Fall as
HISTORY 110 Prob in World Civztn 4.00

Transferred to Term Fall 2010 as
HISTORY 111 Wrl&Ris Wst, 1450-Prs 4.00

What should I put for academic year?
Should the course name be "AP Credit: World History, 4 credits" or "AP Credit: History, 4 credits" or "Prob in World Civztn" ?
I also don't understand what the tutorial means about the credits being lumped together?

Also, I placed out of college writing because of my SAT score, not AP credit. Should I write "Scholastic Assessment I: Writing"?

When I entered my AP credit it was:

Advanced Placement World History
Transferred to Term Fall as
HISTORY 110 Prob in World Civztn 4.00

entered as

Title: "AP Credit: Prob in World Civztn"

then in the separate box

Course Code: HISTORY 110 (I'm taking that's you class's course code) Credit Hours: 4.00

Edit: You want to show AMCAS whats displayed on your university transcript. Hence, enter all titles, course codes and credits as they appear on your undergraduate credentials.

Mine says it was transferred to Term Fall for both History 110 and 111, how should I show this?

Then you enter it as both.

The point of entering AP credit is showing AMCAS that you've earned credit for this university-level course. This class that you completed for AP standing in highschool was enough to fulfill the credential criteria for two of your undergraduate institution's classes.

so

AP Credit: Prob in World Civztn
Course Code: HISTORY 110 Credit Hours: 4.00

AP Credits: Whatever the class title for HISTORY 111 at your undergrad is
Course Code: History 111 Credit Hours: Whatever you got credited for.

Oh, so I enter it twice?
Thanks for replying btw

Do you have any idea if I should write "SAT I: College Writing" for the class that was covered by my SAT score? It seems to be an uncommon thing

Based on how you've described these classes appear on your transcript, you would write them twice. You're entering AP credit for the courses your undergraduate institution awarded exemption for.

It's not a problem - AMCAS has a easy to follow PDF that details all of this, though.

You're right and I can't offer you any advice because I'm not sure how this SAT exemption is appearing on your transcript. I think it would be best for you to consult the aformentioned PDF file and Ctrl + F "SAT" or "Exemption". If you can't find it there (I doubt you wouldn't be able to), maybe call them directly?
