Please help with medical school list

Hello guys! I am a reapplicant! I am a African American male and an immigrant. My stats are 3.07 BCMP gpa, 3.14 cumulative GPA, I did take a special masters program to boost up my stats. I received a 4.0 in the post bacc courses and a 3.74 in the grad courses. I took the MCAT 3 times with my best score being a 504. 124,126,126,128. I speak 4 languages, I have shadowed multiple doctors with over 500 hours of direct shadowing experience. I was a phlebotomist, D1 athlete, general manager, and have community research experience on my app. Could you guys please tell me what schools to add or remove? My home state is new jersey.

I applied 2019 to like 30 DOs and 15 MDs. 0 interviews
I applied to one school last cycle and got highest priority waitlisted at a MD school. Unfortunately it has had 0 waitlist movement.
