Please Help with the terminology

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if you all can help me with some terminology.
I am an American Surgeon that is looking to do a fellowship in England.. ( I am already a practicing surgeon.. so not looking to do residency).
Of course the terminology is got me confused.
can someone explain to me what the following mean.(below). And what is equivalent to a fellowship ( I know its not that easy, but any help would be appreciated).

1) Pre-registration house officer (PRHO)
2) Senior house officer (SHO)
3)Specialty Registrar (StR)
4) Specialist registrar
5) GP Registrar
