Please help with Volunteer Hour Question

Hello everyone,

Please help me with my question if you have experienced. When we fill out an application. Do we have an option to list specific volunteers like, hours and events of volunteer? Or Do we just sum up a total hours of volunteer without specifying each individual events?

On AADSAS you list the different places you've volunteered at, summarize what you did, list the average hours per week you've volunteered for, and other stuff that doesn't really matter.

Question about listing the hours...is it specifically "hours per week" or can you list, 400 hours over 4 years or whatever? I need to tweak my spreadsheet if it's an average per week.

x hours over y years. If I remember right, same goes for shadowing, EC, and job experience that are on the same page.
