I have done some research and some schools have different deadline for taking the DAT. I'm planning to study for DAT during my next spring and take it on early August. Is it a good plan?
I heard that if you take DAT early like in your spring junior year, it will increase your chance of getting in.
Whats your thought?

Ideally it is best to get your application and all materials including the DAT to the school by the beginning of August. It takes about 6 weeks for your application to be sent to schools from AADSAS so do your best to finish and get that submitted by mid-June. The earliest you can submit is usually mid-May. It takes about 2 weeks for your DAT to be submitted to schools so if you take in late July your application should be complete when schools start reviewing applications giving you a better chance of acceptance. You can apply and take the DAT later but then your application will not be reviewed until later. Schools work on a rolling admission basis so the earlier your application is reviewed the better. In the end though, if you need to take the DAT in August or September you will still have a good shot as long as you have decent grades and a solid exam score. Dont take the test until you are ready, but if you can manage to take it a bit ealier it will help your chances.
