not sure if the vag. discharge is related to the GI symptoms which look like gastroenteritis, achalasia, GI cancer but she could be pregnant or have PID. She seems to have a bit of everything. Are you on call or something and need a quick answer?

What does the discharge look like? (And how much is "excessive"?)

How long has she had the GI symptoms? How much weight has she lost?

so she may be single...but that doesn't mean she can't be pregnant. are you sure about her sexual history? any vaginal bleeding?

If she needs help right now, she should go to the emergency room. If not, call your doctor on Monday. There are a lot of things that this could be, and none of us is going to be able to make a reliable diagnosis over the internet without seeing her.

is there a foul odor or any odor to the discharge? what state or country are u in?

If this is a real person you know, I think you might need to take her to the ER. She should go if she has fever, intractable nausea/vomiting, profuse bleeding, etc. Otherwise, she should see a local physician in an outpatient clinic. It sounds like she needs a thorough physical exam and lab workup as well as imaging, as indicated. If this is a practice question/patient, you have not provided enough information as the differential is immense at this point. The patient's complaints are too vague to be properly diagnosed via a forum.

this is a true case but i know there are alot of things must we know about them ,but the girl talk to me and went to sleep because she was so tiered.
sorry friends but i dont know what can i do because i love her and i cant live without her and i need any solution to this problems.

The solution is to take her to the hospital/doctor RIGHT NOW, if you're worried. I'm sorry - none of us can help you over the internet.

whoah! i didn't know this is a personal issue and not a hypothetical case or something you are seeing on the wards. as was stated we can't give you a dx., and doing so will only shut down this thread. i don't know what country you are in, but go to the hospital ASAP!
