Hi Hazel,
Since you're a VA resident, my vote is for MCV. Unless you got scholarships to the other schools, or you need to be in the DC area or have other reasons why Maryland or Georgetown would be good, MCV is a really solid school and you'll save a lot of money! Back when I applied, I interviewed at these three schools, and they all seemed good - I guess it depends on what factors are important to you. Well, that's my two cents.
