Yikes, I wish I could be more optimistic but with a 19 you are going to have a horrible time getting in, especialy with a 4 in verbal.
I would strongly suggest studying a whole bunch and taking the April MCAT. The verbal section is one of the easiest to prepare for in my opinion. All it takes is lots and lots of practice. Take as many practice exams as you can get your hands on. Buy Kaplan and Princeton review books from the book store and do all the verbal practice questions, buy the real MCAt off the MCAT web page and do them all.
Since your other scores are ok, really concentrate on verbal and I think you will do ok. If you are able to get a better score, then you can apply to the schools of your choice.
I wish I could be more encouraging, but without a higher score, you are not going to have much luck. Sorry.
